I have completed many different types of inspections.  Every inch of the property is inspected including all structural, electrical, air conditioning system and plumbing.  I will notify the client of any item that is noted.  I provide quality color photos with every inspection.  You will understand every item by the time we are finished.

I have more then a decade of experience in construction, project management, and engineering. I have helped many homeowners possibly your neighbors to make an informed decision about buying their largest investment.

I do not stop at the end of the inspection, we encourage homeowners to call with any questions after the inspection.
